What is a Pillo Room?


Pillo Rooms serviced apartments offer a home away from home experience that hotels and other providers are unable to offer. Every Pillo Room property is unique. We offer a whole range of property types to suit your perfect stay, including whole townhouses that sleep upto 10, traditional apartments located in luxury blocks and purpose built loft style duplex apartments. All our rooms include a fully equipped kitchen and living area, so you can enjoy your stay in a new city the same way you would at home.




How big is a Pillo Room?


A typical Pillo Room is around 5 times the size of an average hotel room which means you have the space to relax, cook, play and rest in the comfort of your own apartment!

Our spaces range from studio apartments right up to townhouses that sleep 10 people!




Are Pillo Rooms professionally cleaned? And what about linen?


All Pillo Rooms are professionally cleaned before each stay and beds are made with luxury linen just as you would expect in a professional hotel. We also provide towels and toiletries for all of our guests. Every Pillo Room also comes with washing and drying facility.




Are Pillo Rooms centrally located?


You will find Pillo Rooms spread across the city. The majority of our sites are in City Centres and close to prominent attractions/transport links. Tap "Book Now" to see our map of Pillo Room locations.




Is there a minimum/maximum stay duration?


There is no maximum length on your Pillo stay. The majority of our properties can be booked for a single night, however, in some locations this may be different.




Are the kitchens fully equipped?


Absolutely! Pillo Rooms kitchens include all appliances such as ovens, hobs, fridge/freezer and even dishwashers in many apartments. Every apartment will also have cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils so you can get creative in the kitchen during your stay. No more expensive (and boring) hotel meals!




Is there wifi?


Every Pillo Rooms apartment has fibre-optic wifi as standard. Stream your favourite TV shows, play online or participate in a Zoom Meeting from your apartment.

WiFi is 100% complimentary for every stay!




How safe are Pillo Rooms locations?


All Pillo Rooms properties are monitored by CCTV and we conduct regular security patrols 24 hours a day. If you suspect any suspicious activity during your stay, please contact us immediately.




What electricals can I expect in a Pillo Room?


Every Pillo Room property comes equipped with iron, ironing board, hair drier and many sites also feature Smart TV's!




Can I request a cot?


Absolutely, just let us know at least 48 hours prior to booking!





Booking & Payments

How do I book?


The easiest way to book a Pillo Rooms properties is on this website, just tap the "Book Now" button and find the perfect stay for you! You will also find our properties on sites such as airbnb.com, booking.com and numerous others.




Can I cancel a reservation?


Each Pillo Rooms property has a different Cancellation Policy which outlines the refundable amount and required notice period. This policy is visible on the property page before a booking is made.

For bookings made through pillorooms.com, please contact us to cancel your booking. Cancellations for bookings made on any other platform should be processed by the booking platform.




What cards do you accept?


Our secure payments process accepts all major credit, debit cards and even Apple Pay!




Are the prices per person or per apartment?


All the prices shown are per apartment. You pay the same amount regardless of number of people staying (obviously up to the maximum room capacity).




Is there a minimum age to book a Pillo Room?


Yes, you must be 18 years or older to book a Pillo Room.





Check In/Out

How do i check-in to a Pillo Room?


Once your booking is confirmed, you will be emailed the check-in instructions for your stay. Check-in's vary from in person meet and greet to self service check-in depending on the location. You may check-in anytime from 14:00. We offer a 24 hour check-in service.




How do i check-out at the end of my stay?


Check-out instructions are emailed to you when your booking is confirmed and also printed in each apartment. Our check-in and check-out process is super simple!




Do you offer early check-in and late check-out?


We will accomodate early check-in where possible, please request this at the earliest opportunity. Late check-out can also be arranged. Please make special requests at the earliest opportunity.




Can I change my arranged time for in person check-in?


We know sometimes plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes so we can guarantee availability for the updated time. You may change your check-in time up to 1 hour prior to the arranged check-in time. Any change thereafter may incur an extra fee to cover the extra time of our check-in staff.




What should I bring with me to check-in?


To ensure we are checking in the correct person/group, please bring a governemnt issued ID with you at the time of check-in. The name on the ID should match the name on the booking.

In some circumstances, we may ask for a copy of your government issued ID to be provided prior to check-in.





Guest Rules

Can I have guests over?


Yes, but never under any circumstances more than the maximum room occupancy. Guests must leave the property by 10pm and only those people on the booking may stay overnight. The lead guest is responsible for ensuring house rules are maintained at all times.

If house rules are broken, your booking may be cancelled and you may be fined.




Can I play loud music?


The Pillo Rooms mission is to provide a home away from home experience. As such, we ask that you show respect for your neighbours and other guests at all times. We have a zero tollerance policy to parties and large groups. Please treat Pillo Rooms properties the same way you would your own home. If house rules are broken, your booking may be cancelled and you may be fined.




Can I bring my pet?


Unfortunately, we can't allow pets at any of our sites.




Will I be billed for damage or breaking the house rules?


We do not wish to penalise any of our guests and ask that our properties are enjoyed responsibly. We reserve the right to deduct any fees from deposits where possible and also pursue the named guests for any damage/fees outside the scope of the deposit for cases of damage and failure to comply with house rules.
